After more than a decade working across public and private sector projects, Justine founded Niarska Studio with the belief that thoughtful homes deserve the same level of rigour as our largest civic buildings. Every project begins by listening: to the site, to the existing fabric, and to the people who will inhabit it.
From early feasibility through documentation, authority approvals and construction, every decision is resolved in collaboration with you, ensuring the finished home feels authentic, connected to its place, and uniquely yours.

Guided by passive design principles, functional planning and an appreciation for honest materials, we create homes that are designed to evolve gracefully alongside their owners. As your architect, we begin by taking time to understand your aspirations, goals and priorities, in order to establish a shared understanding before design begins. From there, we work collaboratively with you to refine ideas into an achievable architectural response, maintaining clarity around scope and budget throughout the process.
