Minor Works Package
For small, interiors based projects under $200k total budget.
This package is ideal for kitchen, bathroom, or laundry renovations, or subtle layout tweaks that make everyday living easier and do not require planning or building permits.

At least 3 x fully annotated sketch options, of which your preferred will be further refined and developed
Final drawing package of existing and proposed conditions in digital PDF format (floor plans, elevations, joinery details, finishes & FFE schedules)

Best suited to those wanting thoughtful design input at a smaller, manageable scale.
Major Works Package
